We Provide Quality Steels for

Some of our customers are aware that my husband started ACTS Steels
as a DBA company as a subsidiary of PDT Engines Inc. As of the first
of the next year we incorporated under ACTS Steels.
In 2003 he received patent rights for his engine concept that
is an exact copy of no other engine. The Positive Displacement Turbine
Engine is in effect a Rotary Diesel Design that captures and enslaves
each combustion event three times longer with twice the torque arm
of a reciprocating engine. True rotary engines have been in the
past highly problematic because of Heat Dissipation, Lubrication,
and Sealing issues, however these have been successfully addressed
through much research. (Much of the engines technology is yet highly
proprietary and cannot be disclosed without the signing of a NDA.)
At a minimum the PDT Engine will increase fuel economy by 6 times!
This is great news for the trucking and automobile industries that
are crumbling under the high fuel prices.
At a minimum of six times the fuel economy the PDT Engine Design
Cordell plans to use for the race is expected to surpass 125 MPG,
maintaining course curriculum. Cordell has submitted and has had
his letter of intent accepted to be an official contender for the

The qualifying race is to run trials 3 Quarter, 2009, and the finals
2 Quarter, 2010.
We at, ACTS Steels, are inviting our customers, to join our effort
and also share the wining Ten Million dollar reward! The Name of
the team he is putting together for the venture is “The
Little Engine That Can.” Team members will also
receive international exposure, (Free Advertising) and that can’t
hurt in a slowing economy. The PROGRESSIVE AUTOMOTIVE X-Prize “The
Little Engine That Can," team CO-OP will in the process, hopefully,
begin to manufacture one or more industrial models of the PDT Engine
System.

CO-OP, made up principally ACTS Steels Customers. A preliminary

My husband is initiating this “The Little Engine That Can
team” CO-OP he is not interested in managing dad to day operations
of the new company. He as the company founder, will retain one third
of the ownership and remain on the board of directors. His investment
is thirty five years of R&D technology. PDT Engines Inc. on
the other hand will provide a Royalty Free License allowing an unlimited
number of engines to be produces by the CO-OP. The stock holders
will be electing the best candidate for the CEO’s position.
Together, we can secure our manufacturing future and place in

In early April 2008 PDT Engines Inc. will offer for sale for the
first time the “668 PDT Rotary Diesel System.” The sale
is for up to two thousand engines the first to be delivered one
year from the down payment of 2.5 million dollars. The next 1,999
will be provided at cost and delivered throughout the next year.
The purchaser will be able to expect 45 – 55 MPG for economy
and 668 HP with an estimated 2800 to 3500 FT Lbs Torque @ 1400 to
1800 RPM. The engine will produce comparatively low emissions. The
PDT will be fabricated to bolt directly in place of a comparative
6 Cylinder Diesel engine for trucks and industrial retrofit purposes.
In the interim Investors are needed. “The Little Engine
That Can," Team CO-OP needs to be fueled with seed money. An
initial investment of the purchase of a thousand shares of stock
will be required. Additional investments can be in various forms
of bartered Engineering expertise, the fabrication of prototype
parts, Robotic assembly. All contributions in engineering and will
be exchanged for shares of stock at a pre-agreed on rate.
